Unauthorized Use of Defamatory Labels

Any use of false, defamatory, or derogatory labels intended to mischaracterize the living Beneficiary or Trustee of the PLV Trust system—specifically but not limited to terms such as “sovereign citizen,” “conspiracy theorist,” “tax protester,” or any term which falsely associates the living man with anti-government ideologies or criminal intent—shall constitute a trespass upon the private estate and an injury to the standing, reputation, and spiritual dignity of the Beneficiary.

Fee: $500,000 per incident, payable in lawful money or acceptable tender upon notice and demand.
